I am a huge fan of small, personal weddings. A wedding where the bride and groom choose for quality and time with a smaller group of guests. A wedding where being together and celebrating with your loved ones is what really counts. There is a name for this: Micro Wedding.
Micro weddings and destination weddings fit really well together. An intimate wedding with 20 to 45 guests tops, celebrated at a beautiful venue in France. Enjoying the time you are spending together!
Smaller group of guests offers lots of options
The reasons to choose a micro wedding can be different. Of course, the Covid situation forced couples in 2020 to celebrate their wedding with a smaller group of guests. Or maybe it is because of the budget that a couple chooses to invite less people. But more often it is a consious choice: have a select group of real friends and close family present during the wedding. And often not just because of the budget. No, couples choose more quality with a smaller group of guests. To spend the same budget, but offer more per guest, or use it to buy that dream dress or more flowers. It offers more options to have your dream wedding!
A micro wedding in France offers many options. Imagine staying at a beautiful venue where all guests can have a room, serviced by the best vendors. It might feel like a mini-wedding-holiday. No rush, more time with the small group of guests. No ‘obligation’ to invite collegues, distant relatives or others that you know but who you might not want at your wedding. Isn’t that a relaxed idea?
In summer 2020 weddings up to 30 guests could continue. So, if you do not want to wait any longer and you can picture yourself in this, contact me!
